Shortage has been reported by the facility and the case was escalated to the Depot which advised that the facility should do a special and collect it by 3/24/2017 because they are expecting delivery on 3/23/2017. Feedback was given to the facility. Follow up with facility on 3/27/2014. Follow up with Facilty done on the 3/27/2017 and they confirmed that they have received stock on the 3/24/2017. case closed
